Setup: Coronado SM60/BF10 H-alpha filter, Borg 100ED F6.4, IR reject filter, ToUcam web camera (1.8 "/pixel), Takahashi EM-10 mount (here's how this setup looks).
Webcam settings: 1/1500 sec, 5 FPS, brightness=100%, gamma=10%, b&w mode=ON, standard mode (not 'color optimized non-raw'), 640x480 pixels
Processing: Registax, Mira6, Photoshop7.
This was my first session with the ToUcam, at this time the camera was unmodified (i.e. it automatically did some image compression) and was
controlled through K3CCDtools. The image above is a mosaic of two frames. For each frame I took two minutes of data (~600 images). Of these
the sharpest ~5% were selected, registered and stacked using Registax. This sharpness of these images is much better than I have acheived using the
much more expensive ST10XE!
